Recruitment Fraud Alert

Protecting Job Applicants and Career Opportunities

BookFlow Publishing is committed to ethical hiring and recruitment. We are actively raising awareness regarding fake employment offers and hiring scams conducted by individuals falsely claiming to represent BookFlow Publishing.

What is Recruitment Fraud?

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam that offers fake job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is typically carried out through online services such as fake websites, unsolicited emails, or messaging apps like Telegram, WhatsApp, or Signal. The scammers' ultimate goal is to obtain sensitive personal information or money from candidates.

How to Verify BookFlow Publishing Recruitment

Please note how BookFlow Publishing conducts its hiring processes to avoid falling victim to employment fraud:

  • Official Contacts: We only recruit through verified business networks (like LinkedIn) or our official website. All email correspondence regarding employment will come from an address ending in @bookflowpublishing.com. We never use personal domains (such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo) for hiring.
  • No Fees: BookFlow Publishing will never ask job applicants for any upfront payments or fees at any stage of the recruitment process. We do not charge fees for applications, interviews, background checks, training, or equipment setup.
  • No Equipment Purchases: We will never send checks to candidates with instructions to purchase computer equipment or office software from a "designated vendor" with the promise of reimbursement.
  • Formal Interviews: BookFlow Publishing does not extend employment offers without conducting formal, interactive video or face-to-face interviews. We do not offer jobs based solely on text message chat questionnaires.
